The Marquette Method - Classic : $150
Understand how hormonal biomarkers & fertility monitor data work together to provide clear, objective insight into your body. Learn the Marquette Method protocol, using the Clearblue Fertility Monitor to identify your fertile window with clarity and confidence. Designed for those seeking insight to their cycles, women with regular or irregular cycles including PMOS, postpartum women who are not breastfeeding or who have had at least 4 cycles since their baby was born, and for couples seeking to achieve or avoid pregnancy.
Breastfeeding Protocol : $175
For postpartum women: Learn how hormonal biomarkers, fertility monitor data, and breastfeeding patterns reveal the return of fertility with clarity and confidence, even before the return of your menstrual cycle. Protocol specific to breastfeeding using the Marquette Method. Designed for postpartum women who have had less than 4 cycles since their baby was born, and for couples seeking to achieve or avoid pregnancy.
Perimenopause Protocol : $175
For women in perimenopause: Navigate changing cycles with greater clarity as you approach menopause. Learn how hormonal biomarkers, fertility monitor data, and your individual cycle patterns can be used to identify fertility as ovulation becomes less predictable. Covers the Marquette Method protocol specific to the perimenopausal transition. Designed for women in perimenopause seeking insight into their changing cycles, and for couples seeking to achieve or avoid pregnancy.
Mira Protocol : $200 : coming soon!
Learn the Marquette Method using the Mira Fertility Monitor, an at-home quantitative monitor that measures LH, E3G, PdG, and FSH to provide a more detailed view of your hormonal patterns. Designed for women who enjoy seeing their hormone data and trends, or who want more detailed cycle information while seeking to achieve or avoid pregnancy.
Please note: Mira protocols for avoiding pregnancy with the Marquette Method are still considered provisional while effectiveness research continues. This class is best suited for those who are comfortable using a newer technology while research on its effectiveness for avoiding pregnancy continues.
A note to Marriage Prep Participants: Upon request, a Certificate of Completion will be provided to you after you have completed the course, one month of charting, and your 1-month follow-up consultation. I encourage you to speak with your pastor or marriage preparation coordinator before registering for classes, and if your diocese has any additional requirements, I am happy to work with you and your parish to meet them.
